AtomWallets is a non-custodial wallet software for digital assets. Due to its decentralized nature, it is designed to process only the minimum amount of data necessary. By using AtomWallets, you agree to the use and disclosure of data as described in this Privacy Notice.
1. Collection and Use of Your Personal Data
Personal data is any information relating to an identifiable individual. We collect data in three ways:
- Directly from you (when you interact with our Services)
- Automatically (through app/website usage)
- From third parties (where applicable, e.g., social platforms)
We apply data minimization, anonymization, and pseudonymization wherever possible. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements.
1.1 (A) If you are a Wallet User
When creating or importing a wallet, your keys and addresses remain locally stored on your device. AtomWallets does not collect email addresses or unnecessary identifiers for this purpose.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal requirements. Blockchain data (wallet addresses & transactions) cannot be erased from public networks.

We employ physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. While no system is 100% secure, we follow ISO 27001/27701 standards. Wallet information remains under your custody on your device. Users are responsible for enabling passcodes and keeping them confidential.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, request portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
California Residents: You have rights under CCPA, including access, correction, deletion, and the right to opt out of data sharing. AtomWallets does not sell or share your personal data.
8. Children
AtomWallets is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 13. Parents/guardians should contact us if they believe a child has used our services.

We will regularly update this Privacy Notice to reflect any changes in how we handle your personal information or in applicable laws. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when the latest changes were made.
